ATTENTION:
When you log in for the first time in a new solution, you must log in with your regular username
(first name.surname) and previously sent password (via SMS)
Then you will be asked to enter your email address which you must verify.
You will then receive an email with the subject "Kiona Identity Account Email Confirmation Code". In the email, you will receive a 6-digit code that you must enter on the login page.
Then click "Continue" on the next page:

it is not possible to change the email associated with an existing account. In order to use a new email address, you will need to create a new account using the new email.

If you lose your phone or security token, you need to contact Kiona support for assistance. They will be able to help you recover access to the account. Note that this only applies to Kiona Identity accounts, if you use a federated account like Microsoft office 365 or other you need to contact your own system admin.
