We are finding that several users are struggling to access our new login window due to cookies.
The login you need to log in to looks like this:
We advise you to delete cookies, you do this in the following way:
Microsoft Edge:
1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots (ellipsis) in the top right corner of the browser window.
2. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click "Privacy, search and services" in the left-hand menu.
4. Scroll down to the "Clear browsing data" section and click "Select what you want to delete".
5. Tick the box next to "Cookies and other website data".
6. Click the "Delete now" -button.
Google Chrome:
1. Open Google Chrome and click on the three dots (ellipsis) in the top right corner of the browser window.
2. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down and click "Privacy and security" in the left-hand menu.
4. Click "Clear browsing data".
5. Select "Time period" for which you want to delete cookies.
6. Tick the box next to "Cookies and other website data".
7. Click the "Delete data" button.
