We have launched a new login for all Kiona products, and are experiencing some initial difficulties.
Start by updating the App to the latest version. Now you are ready to log in.
The first time you log in, you must log in via a browser on your PC or mobile.
TIP: Delete cookies in your browser to ensure that you get to the correct login window.
The page you log in to says to verify with email.
Start by logging in with your usual username and password here:
(Firstname.Lastname) and previous password recieved on SMSes from IWMAC (+47 47 60 69 32).
If you can't find the SMS, you have to call our Support.
NB! Do not press "forgot password" until you have verified your e-mail address.
You will then be asked to enter your email which you must verify.
NB! Do not press "Continue" before you have entered the one-time code and selected "Confirm code"
You will then receive an email with the subject "Kode for e-postbekreftelse for Kiona Identity-konto". There is a 6-digit code in the email, which you must enter in the login page.
Finally, press "Continue" on the next page:
Tip - If your still having problem with login on your app with your username, then try to put in your email after you have verified your account.
If issues still occur try to delete the app and reinstall it.
