Message: "localhost redirected you too many times" occurs when Web Port attempts to open a page that is set as the start page for the user, but the page has been deleted. To resolve this problem, please follow the steps below.
Access Web Port and change start page
- Access Web Port: Enter the following into the address bar: "http://localhost:8090/server/setup" (replace "localhost:8090" with your domain if needed)
- Change start page: Navigate to "System settings" -> "Access" -> "Users" Select the user with the login issue and change "Startpage" in the right menu and save the configuration.
- Now the user can login again as usual and will be directed to the new start page.
Server installation
If Web Port is installed on a server, you must modify the URL address to: "https://"
