Container Types

The container element is located in the "HVAC" side panel:

The container can be set to different types. Double-clicking on the container displays a window that allows you to select various container types.

Standard

The standard container is a transparent element that displays the elements it can contain.

Line chart

By setting the type to "Line chart" and synchronising with the facility, a parameter diagram is displayed.

Tip: Parameters are linked to the chart by adding a "data_object", in the same way as for other elements in Designer.

The linking side panel is useful when selecting parameters.

Gauge

The "Gauge" container is linked in the same way as the "Line chart". However, it requires two "data_object" elements. The "Gauge" must have one linked "data_object" specifying "limit" with "Tag txt" "limit", and one linked "data_object" specifying "value" with "Tag txt" "value".

Progress bar

"Progress bar" follows the same pattern as "Gauge".

Note

The "Note" container, when synchronised with the facility, displays an interactive note field in "service" mode. In "view mode" the note will be displayed. The note is saved and can be edited by all users in "service" mode. The same note can be placed in different views/panels by specifying the same "Context".
