| We are currently experiencing an issue with our third-party SMS provider responsible for alarm notifications. As a result, all international SMS messages are currently not being delivered. We recommend manually monitoring temperatures and alarms until the issue is resolved. We are working with the provider to resolve the issue and will provide an update as soon as the service is restored. |
