How to set up or change a weather station
This guide shows how to create a outside temperature meter (weather station) that can be linked to a building. When you have set up this meter following the steps below, Energinet will automatically begin with the data import and integration into your graphs and ET-curve.
- This meter type looks like this:
1A. Hoover over the destination folder or building and click on the three dots, then 'New meter'
1B. Or edit an existing meter:
2. Click on the tab with 'Weather station/...'
3. Click on 'Outside temperature'
4. Choose an outside temperature meter
- Pay notice to the distance between the weather station and your building
5. Click on 'Create link'
- The meter should now appear in the navigation tree.
- Always check whether data comes in automatically after a day or so. A few weather stations in Norway are no longer in use, in which case you will have to select another one.
