User management - How do I take over as a guard?

Change of guard in IWMAC

 

Important information

You must take over the shift responsibility yourself. It is not possible to transfer the shift to others on the duty list.

Via Web

• Log in to the IWMAC Operation Centre

• Select the facility name. Do not press "View Service".

• Select Alarm settings.

• Click on"Take over guard".

Via SMS to IWMAC SMS centre

Send IOC DUTY [Facility number] e.g. IOC DUTY 0000

To [phone]

Via telephone

• Call 73 95 17 91 with your registered mobile number.
• You will hear a confirmation saying "You have now taken over the shift".

If you have problems

If the "Take over guard" function does not work, you may not have access to the service mode.
