The standard procedure for projects in Web Port is that our partners set up and configure the system. Either the customer or partner subsequently manages the ongoing operation of the system.
Kiona's main focus is on developing the Web Port product. This focus is necessary to maintain a stable product and to address client and partner requests within a reasonable time frame.
In specific cases, when needs arise primarily from our partners, we are able to assist with customer-specific implementations that require more in-depth expertise about the Web Port system than can be reasonably expected from our partners.

You are welcome to contact us for assistance inquiries, after which we will provide you with a work estimate and an approximate timeline for completion. Typically, we offer fixed-price quotes but can make exceptions in certain cases.
Our standard rate for assisting with customer-specific implementations is 1 420 SEK/hour, excluding VAT.
The quote includes requirement gathering, implementing according to these requirements, and handing over the solution.
Note:
After the handover is complete, the receiving party assumes responsibility for maintaining and troubleshooting the solution. Any additional assistance with the delivered solutions must be agreed upon in advance and will incur charges.
In customer-specific implementations we assist with, we assume that the latest version of Web Port is utilized. If it turns out that the delivered solution does not function on earlier versions, the client will need to handle upgrading unless another agreement was made beforehand.
