Facilities - How to log in to Service mode

Quick guide:

1. 📞 Option 1: Click View in Service mode → Connect to plant → call [phone] from your registered number
2. 📱 Option 2: Click Request SMS Code → enter the code you receive by SMS → Service mode opens

This guide describes two ways to log in to Service mode when you have service access and can make changes to the plant.

Option 1: Call to identify yourself

• Click the View in Service mode button.

• Click Connect to plant.

You will receive an SMS from [phone]

• Call the automated answering service at [phone] to identify yourself.
  The call must be made from the mobile number registered to your user account.
• The answering service will confirm with: «Code received».

Option 2: Request SMS Code

• Click Request SMS Code.
• You will receive an SMS code on the mobile number registered to your user account.
• Enter the code in the SMS code field.
• The Service mode window will load – you are now directly connected to the plant and can make changes and adjustments.

The Service mode login screen – call [phone] or use Request SMS Code to log in.

Note: If login does not work, check that the correct mobile number is registered to your user account and that you have service access.
