As a facility administrator, you have the rights to add users who should have access to your facility.
If the "Remove" button is greyed out, you must remove the user from the duty list.
If you have the Alarm Centre 24/7 service, it is recommended to update the call list before the holiday process starts. This will help reduce unnecessary calls for both you and your employees.
