Pipe-package measures the temperature of the pipes. The temperature sensor is located at the end of the cable and needs to be well insulated to measure correctly.

Preparations

Always place the sensor under existing insulation.

Place the sensor at least 2 metres from the heat exchanger to avoid misleading values.

Make sure the sensor is placed on the apartment side of the pump.

Point the front of the sensor towards the closest collector device for best radio signal.

Installation
Registration
Scan the QR code on the device, enter the website and follow the registration process (you will need a contract number provided by Kiona).
Log in with your details, if you do not have any - Contact Kiona Support.
Enter the contract number for the property you are installing on.
Check that the building address is correct, then click next.
Select Heating central and then select from the drop-down list what type of pipe the sensor will measure. You can then edit the description if you wish. Click on Next.
Check the summary page, if everything is correct click "Accept", then click Next.
